This place has to be the among best place for car repairs in the entire United States, not just Colorado Springs. The owner, Rick, and his staff are exceptional. I found them to be very honest right from the get go, very accomodating, very helpful, and extremely polite. In other words, they bent over backwards. If you need a place to repair your car and you want it done professionally, honest and in a timely manner, look no further. This IS the place. I would trust these people with any of my vehicles. Incidentally, I live in Michigan and when one of our cars broke down in Colorado Springs, I googled different auto repairs shops to find that this one had the highest ratings ever. In addition, I called them myself from Michigan to see what they were all about. I immediately felt at ease with them. They answered all my questions, took time to answer my emails in a prompt and efficient manner and, you won't believe this! They refused to be tipped for their good work! Where else can you find any repair shop, let alone any business like this in this day and age? Express Auto you are the very BEST!!!!
